This document has been on my to do list for many months. I get questions daily about how to start out with BLW. The questions are usually the same, and I always direct people to my start page, blwideas.com/start. But I last updated that page about 2 years ago. And it’s mostly about the start, and even the days before you start. I want to focus on the first month of solids. I’ll address every little thing I can think of so that I can cover all my bases.
