Cooking with Bethany #3: Pizza Pinwheels
There isn’t much of a recipe for this!
Start with puff pastry, roll it out, spread some marinara sauce, sprinkle some cheese and whatever toppings you like! For this video, I used leftover shredded chicken and baby spinach. Roll up your pastry, slice it into 15 (approximately) pieces, and bake them for 25 minutes!
These freeze/fridge well, so make a big batch or two!
