My response is always the same, “We eat different things each week, so the grocery list looks different each week.” And that is very much the truth.
One of the biggest concerns parents have about baby led weaning is the potential lack of iron in their baby’s diet. The old school method of weaning included some sort of baby cereal starting at 4 months, and that cereal is generally fortified with iron.
